Hi! I’m Luiza, a Client Care Representative here at Bridgwater. I am currently pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Manitoba, graduating in 2030, and I am happy to assist our clients in both English and Portuguese. I chose the veterinary field because animals have been a passion of mine since I was a child, and while I enjoy all aspects of the medicine, I am particularly interested in genetics.
What I love most about my job is making our clients feel seen and heard—and, of course, getting to see pets all day! A fun fact about me is that I was born in tropical Brazil, but I now live in the "freezer" known as Winnipeg. My home is full of love from my three dogs—Luna the Pomeranian, Bella the Terrier Mix, and Julie the Maltese—as well as my Ragdoll cat, Simba.
