I am currently studying to be a Veterinary Technician at Penn Foster College, with an expected graduation in 2028. I’ve always been drawn to the veterinary field, a passion that started at my cabin where I spent my time saving ducks during storms, caring for animals in the garage during the winter, and catching frogs. While I am interested in exotics and wildlife, my favourite part of veterinary medicine is behavioural health.
What I love most about my job is the incredible support and teaching I receive from my team; everyone has been so helpful during my journey here. A fun fact about me is that I always have colorful hair—I’ve had every color except brown and black, and I haven't seen my natural hair color since elementary school!
My home is just as lively as my hair, shared with my four dogs—Mojo the Doodle, Sprout the Mini Schnauzer, Khaleesi the Mini Australian Shepherd, and Odin the Australian Shepherd—plus my Leopard gecko, Nacho.
