My journey into the veterinary field was serendipitous. Unaware of the diverse career options beyond veterinary practice, I stumbled upon a program for veterinary office assistant at Robertson College while exploring career paths. Following graduation, I spent a decade working in the field, primarily as a receptionist and veterinary assistant.

During this time, I pursued further education, upgrading my high school classes to meet the requirements for acceptance into Red River College’s veterinary technology program. Graduating in 2023, I found my calling in emergency medicine, relishing the opportunity to care for animals during their most critical moments.

Since joining Bridgwater in June 2023, I have been captivated by the warmth and camaraderie of the staff.

In my leisure time, I immerse myself in outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and fishing, preferably accompanied by my beloved dogs Charlie and Echo. Additionally, I cherish moments spent with my cat, Bucket, when I am not exploring nature’s wonders.
